The OD Network program Building Business Acumen will help you build a solid foundation of business knowledge, skills and tools to help you expand your professional effectiveness. A stellar faculty of OD experts lead you in acquiring the business knowledge you need to create and communicate the connection between OD and the mission and strategy of the organizations you serve. Building Business Acumen is designed for both internal and external practitioners and is presented entirely online.
The core nine-course (11 module) program, all offered as on demand recorded sessions, build the foundation of business knowledge for organization development professionals while providing the skills and tools for presenting OD strategies and results in a way "your clients" can understand. A Certificate of Participation is issued.
Each segment will include a recorded archive, electronic access to program materials, and ongoing collaboration and discussions in the OD Network community & forums at ULiveandLearn.
